One of the ways to communicate with customers is to send notifications. If this possibility is used properly, a proper interaction will be established. This possibility is publicly available for all users. It is very easy to use. In the following, the application notification settings will be explained.
Send notification:
There is a section called sending notifications in the Apchar plugin. This part itself is divided into 4 tabs and each part gives you a special possibility.

Notification settings:
The first place to pay attention to sending notifications is the settings. According to the picture above, there are 7 main parts.
1 and 2: api key and app id will be provided to you when the application is created and you can copy it and put it in the appropriate boxes. If you do not do this at the same time. You can later refer to your account in Appchar and get more information from the information section.
3: If this option is checked, the status of the submissions will be displayed in the notification section
4: With this option, as soon as a new product is released, a notification is automatically sent to all users.
Note: If you have a store that continuously adds various products to your store throughout the day, do not use this option. Because it causes customers to resent the high volume of notifications.
5: The most popular type of notification for audiences and stores is the announcement of discounted products. As soon as a product gets a discounted price, a notification will be sent.
6: When customers place an order or order status changes, a notification is sent to that particular user.
7: Application notification messages are specified in this section. You can edit the text of these messages and take them to the desired text. Just don't use the codes that are not in our notification because they won't be displayed.

Here you can see the list of all the devices that have installed your app. If the user is registered in the application. It is displayed in the user half section. Otherwise, it will be empty (according to the image below).

In this section, you can see the status of sending notifications.
Send manual notification:
